If you have purchased a rank / rank upgrade using Credits in-game, or via a rank item from crates, or from the ULTIMATE XMAS PRESENT, you will not have access to purchase the required rank upgrade here. Please create a ticket on our discord server, and permissions will be given to you to do this.
