FAQ

How old do I have to be to make a purchase?

You must be at least 18 years old, or have parental consent before making any purchase on the Oblivion Prison Store. Any unauthorized purchase will be returned to the sender and you will be banned on all connecting services to Oblivion Prison.

'Credits' Currency - In Game

The 'Credits' currency in-game is our in-game alternative to buying things on our store. 100 Credits = £1. You cannot buy credits for £, and you cannot exchange credits for £. The two currencies are entirely separate. You can, for example, purchase a rank using £, and then upgrade that rank in-game using Credits. For any questions or concerns, please contact a member of the staff team on our Discord Server.

Can I receive a refund?

Due to this item being digital, we do not authorize any refund under any circumstance and all payments are final. We make exceptions if a technical fault has occurred on our end or something which neither party have control over. If for some reason you have issues with your purchase, for example, you have incorrectly entered your username, you should contact a member of our staff team and we will correct your mistake. 

Can I purchase something for someone else?

Yes, you may enter any username when purchasing items from our store. Please note, that the original buyer is responsible for the payment, and if an issue were to occur, the original buyer would be held responsible, not the players' name entered.

I have an issue with my purchase, who do I contact?

All payments may take up to 10 minutes to be processed automatically. If you have not received your purchase within 30 minutes, please contact a member of the management team on our Discord server.
